1.   Applicants must provide acceptable proof of income totaling three times the monthly rent.

2.  Applicants must have a favorable resident history

3.  Applicants must have a verifiable positive credit history

4.  There can be no unlawful detainer in the applicant's history

Spayed and/or neutered cats are allowed with permission from the management and an additional deposit.

• A $500 deposit is required to hold an apartment
   
• Smokers are required to pay an additional deposit

All persons of legal age must fill out a separate and complete application. There is a $30 application processing fee that must accompany each completed form. (I.e. two adults , two completed application forms, two $30 application processing fees).

The forms must be complete, signed and dated in order for us to process them.
