Selection Criteria

Applicants must provide acceptable proof of income totaling three times the monthly rent.   Applicants must have a favorable resident history   Applicants must have a verifiable positive credit history   There can be no unlawful detainer in the applicant's history

Pets

Spayed and/or neutered cats are allowed with permission from the management and an additional deposit.

Miscellaneous Requirements

A lease is required   A $500 deposit is required to hold an apartment   Smokers are required to pay an additional deposit

Application

All persons of legal age must fill out a separate and complete application. There is a $30 application processing fee that must accompany each completed form. (I.e. two adults , two completed application forms, two $30 application processing fees).

The forms must be complete, signed and dated in order for us to process them.

Mail the completed form(s) along with the processing fee(s) to: Acorn Court Apartments, 100 Acorn Court, Scotts Valley, CA 95066.
